Cute shoe! I bought these in a 9.5 and am returning them for a smaller size. I’m trying an 8.5. I usually wear a 9 but lately it’s been more of a 9.5 so I was surprised how big these are. They’re cute and seem very comfy and I can’t wait to get the smaller size. I ordered the antique brass and they’re a really pretty bronze type color. Very classy and looks good with jeans and skirts.

Balance of cuteness and practicality. I’ve got to stand for 8-10 hours per day, and I’m tired of wearing athletic shoes, so I picked these. They’re just dressy enough to wear with dress trousers, but I don’t feel silly in them when most of my coworkers wear their tennis shoes. My feet feel great at the end of the day. I love the metallic brown, it’s like a cocoa shimmer.

Clarks Cleo is a great shoe - These shoes are so cute! They are the perfect flat–stylish, comfortable, and they go with anything! I chose the Antique Brass and they go great with dark wash jeans or brown pants. They have a slightly metallic look to them, which I really liked because they added a bit of dressiness. The padding inside the shoe is great; my feet are never sore. My only complaint is that the back of the shoe rubs a little on my ankle if I’m not wearing any pantyhose. It isn’t too terrible so I keep wearing them. I have a skinny ankle though and many shoes rub so this may not be the case for everyone. I first ordered a 7 but when that arrived, it was too big so I had to reorder a 6.5 (I normally wear 7s!)… I should have listened to the other reviews. If you’re looking for a comfortable shoe as a classy option to heels, then consider this shoe. I’m thinking of getting the black Cleo since I like the Antique Brass so much.

I love the style of these shoes. I was thrilled when they arrived and looked and felt so good on my feet. A half day into the day and they started squeaking with each step. The squeak is a loud squeak - enough to turn heads in a busy office setting. Zappos said I wasn’t the first to report the squeak. If you can get over the squeak, these are great shoes.

So disappointed! I love the look of this shoe and when standing, have never felt a more comfortable shoe (cushions galore), but unfortunately I had to return this shoe. I purchased 3 different pairs hoping to find the right fit and each time it fit differently, even though they were all the same size. The band widths varied wildly-sometimes it was too loose, sometimes it was perfect (only 1 shoe out of 6!), and other times it was too tight. My last attempt was to buy a different width, but that shoe was too long! I love the comfort and quality of Clarks but I regret to say that this shoe didn’t work for me.

Firefly’s are wonderful! The Clarks Firefly are stylish and comfortable. I was glad you had them in a wide so I can wear them comfortably. My sister wanted to keep my shoes but fortunately for me her foot is too narrow so she will have to purchase her own Firefly by Clarks Shoes.

A perfect gift for mom - My mom asked for these for Mother’s Day because she has a bad back and the support and cushioning of crocs really takes the pressure out of her back. I recommend them to anyone who wants relief from pain in their backs, feet and legs.

Needs a thicker sole - I purchased this shoe for yard work, though some of my nursing colleagues at the hospital wear them as duty shoes. I don’t see how they can do it for 8-12 hours. The sole is very thin and does not provide any support. I do like the fact they are totally washable…great for the yard. AWESOME shoes! These are so super comfy!! I got a pair for me & a pair for my Mom for Mother’s Day (hoping she likes them as much as I do). These feel like you are walking around w/ small pillows strapped on your feet! Like another reviewer said…these are so ugly they are cute. And I can’t say enough about Zappos service - GREAT! Ordered these on a Saturday night & got them the following Tuesday. Will buy more Crocs & will definitely order them from Zappos!!!
